Welcome lovely soul!
I am Hande Lulu; a passionate forever student of yoga, mama of Damla & Deniz and a soul working on cultivating love and compassion for myself and others.
My passion as a yoga teacher is to support people through their journey to the true self at all ages and help them to be at home with themselves the way they are.
Especially to support women specifically before/through and after pregnancy, as a mother. Yoga is a transformational tool that can support women during these beautiful yet challenging times.
I worked with many Gurus and Yoga teachers from both traditional to contemporary backgrounds. I am an experienced Yoga Instructor with 200hr Yoga Alliance Yoga Teacher qualification by Advayta Yoga and 86hr Yoga Alliance Pre & Postnatal Yoga Teacher qualification by Apple Yoga. Also completed self compassion and meditation courses. I have been teaching Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, Meditation, Pranayama (Breathing Techniques), Yoga for 65+, Mindfulness, Prenatal (Yoga for Pregnancy), Postnatal, Baby Yoga and Massage.
Yoga is a valuable tool with many techniques to bring your body, mind and soul together. Yoga can help you to be at home with yourself. Yoga is for everybody. My aim is to create this space where you can be at home with yourself and be comfortable in your body.

OFFERINGS
Mummy and Baby Yoga/Massage course @ Ellie Brown Wellness, Fitness & Pilates on Tuesdays @ 12:30
A lovely course where you can work your body with gentle postnatal yoga and connect with your little ones with fun baby yoga and baby massage. This class is 50% for the mums and 50% for the babies, together with mums. The class includes baby yoga/massage techniques that help with digestion and to improve sleep in babies. During postnatal yoga, we aim to strengthen the spine together with abdominal muscles gently while working with pelvic floor muscles and reduce the tension in the body. (Mum's need to get their 6 weeks check from their GP/Midwife before joining the course)

Private 1 to 1 and group classes designed for your needs . Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, Pregnancy Yoga, Postnatal Yoga, Mummy and Baby Yoga, Yoga for 65+, Pranayama (Breathing techniques) and Meditation classes can be booked. Please contact for details and booking.
